Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly transformed learning practices, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in schools. The use of technology became a primary solution to ensure the continuity of the learning process during the pandemic period. This study aims to analyze the use of technology in PAI learning in schools after the pandemic, focusing on the types of technology used, their effectiveness, and the challenges faced by teachers and students. This research employs a literature review method by analyzing various scientific articles, educational reports, and policy documents related to education in Indonesia. The findings indicate that after the pandemic, technologies such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and WhatsApp continue to support PAI learning, although challenges remain regarding internet access limitations and teachers' readiness to utilize technology optimally. The integration of technology in PAI learning has improved interaction and flexible access to learning materials; however, it requires increased digital literacy among teachers and students to ensure effective and sustainable use of technology in the learning process.
